A.熊的胆很苦，和农村里最平常不过的菜肴。Bear’s gall is very bitter and the most common dish in the countryside.

B.丸熊：指熊的苦胆。Wanxiong: Refers to the gall of the bear.

C.封鲊：指一种农村的菜，把鱼和菜放到坛子里一起腌制，是一道很普通的菜肴/ Fengzao: refers to a rustic dish. Fish and vegetables are marinated together in a jar. It is a ubiquitous dish.
